A toilet may be small but mighty, much like a hummingbird—the symbol of World Toilet Day and World Water Day 2023. In the ancient story, a hummingbird takes small but impactful actions to fight a great fire. Similarly, everyone can contribute, and every action, however small, can help tackle the sanitation crisis.
The SFA Group, through financial donation, has laid the foundation for the implementation of an initiative to improve the quality of life and educational opportunities for students in four schools in the Gurgaon block of Haryana. This collaboration aligns perfectly with the objectives of SDG 6, focusing on ensuring clean water and proper sanitation for all by 2030.
The partnership with the Sulabh School Sanitation Club, India, encompasses vital steps:
