PICKING THE RIGHT KIND OF PUMP

Greywater pumps

If you are not installing a toilet, a greywater pump should be installed.

Greywater is produced from general domestic and office activities such as dish or glass washing, bathing and laundry. Our greywater pump range is ideal for renovating either your home or office, as each pump allows you to install additional facilities such as kitchens, laundry rooms and even shower and washing facilities anywhere you choose – even if the selected space is far from the drain point. With the ability to pump greywater without relying on traditional gravity-fed plumbing, installing Saniflo does not entail disruptive construction, as the waste lines can be concealed in wall cavities and ceiling voids.

Macerator pumps

If you are installing a toilet, a macerator pump should be used.

A macerator is a high-speed motor with blades that break up organic waste and paper into a fine slurry, so that it can be pumped away through small-bore pipework. With a range of macerating pumps capable of accepting waste from up to five fixtures, your renovations won’t rely on any major structural work as your Saniflo pumps can be installed on top of any finished floor, even if it is located below the existing sewer lines.
